This is not a standard workshop. This is rare access, intentional storytelling, and hands-on education in one of the most legendary locations in the world.

Monument Valley is one of the most photographed landscapes in history, yet very few creatives ever experience it beyond roadside viewpoints. Through collaboration with Navajo-led tour operators, this workshop grants access to restricted locations that are not available to the general public, including Hunts Mesa and Totem Pole.

From sunrise and sunset light to vast desert night skies, Monument Valley offers unmatched opportunities for landscape photography, filmmaking, and storytelling.

Each instructor brings a unique creative perspective across photography, videography, storytelling, and real-world client experience. Instruction will be hands-on, in the field, and during post-processing sessions.

Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

  • Accessing and shooting rare locations only accessible with Navajo guides

  • Lodging (buddy system, if you want your own room, there will be additional costs)

  • 3 full time travel photographers who will provide instruction, in field guidance, post processing and more

What to Bring:

  • Camera

  • Lenses

  • Misc. gear (hard drives, card readers, charging equipment, etc)

  • Warm clothes

  • Hiking boots (this workshop doesn’t consist of many “tough hikes” but it’s advised to bring your hiking shoes for specific terrains and/or rain)

Full payment must be made 60 days before the trip. You CAN NOT CANCEL within 60 days of the workshop date or you’ll be responsible for the total trip cost.

Deposits made for the workshop are non refundable.

Trip Cancellation:

If we were forced to cancel the workshop due to reasons outside of our control, all payments would be refunded in full.
